This Sea of Galilee charm bracelet is made with triple Parisian chain, two plated in 18K gold and the tiny chain is copper. The chain has a fishing net feel. A copper fish is the center charm topped with a genuine ruby. The semi-precious stones from left to right are Czech glass, turquoise crystal, amethyst, aquamarine, pink crystal, freshwater pearl, blue topaz, ruby, Swiss topaz. One of the charms is an 18K gold vermeil Saint Mary Magdalene medal with her alabaster jar. The reverse of the medal has the words, "Souvenir de la Sainte-Baume." La Sainte-Baume is the Cave in the South of France where Mary Magdalene spent the last thirty years of her life in contemplation and prayer. The Sea of Galilee is where she lived in Magdala when she first met Jesus.

This lovely charm bracelet also includes a seashell (like the one in the real Sea of Galilee!), a tiny heart, an anchor, fishbone, a Christian fish symbol with the Holy Spirit inside, and Jesus on the cross - all in 18K gold vermeil. The recast 29 AD ancient bronze prutah coin issued by Pontius Pilate and minted in Jerusalem is made of bronze (exactly like the original coin). The bracelet is packaged in a mesh gift bag and comes with a map of the Sea of Galilee. This charm bracelet is truly a treasure!

Magdala is the town on the northwestern shore of the Sea of Galilee at the foot of Mount Arbel. Its most famous citizen is Mary Magdalene—Mary of Magdala. Mary Magdalene is mentioned in the Gospels as being among the women of Galilee who followed Jesus and His disciples and supported them "out of their own means."
