The halo over the head of the Blessed Mother has the words "Je suis l'Immaculée Conception" as she told Bernadette Subiroux in Lourdes that she was the Immaculate Conception. The reverse of the medal has the image of Our Lady of Lourdes. The medal measures 16x28mm without the bail.
